The BA-7 Active High-end Bookshelf is introducing a new level of sound quality. Designed and built with
professional components and High-End drivers by Seas (Norway) and Scan-Speak (Denmark) provides an impressive performance unmatched
by conventional loudspeakers.
The tailored Electronic Crossover and a Dedicated Amplifier for each driver enhance the system
control to balance the final result. Deep basses, lifelike mids and crystal clear trebles bring old records to live and new ones to
an unreal musical experience.
KEY FEATURES FOR ACTIVE SPEAKERS WITH ELECTRONIC CROSSOVER
• Elimination of the conventional passive crossover inherent losses, common poor linearity and crossover point inaccuracy resulting in sound colorations and distortion.
• Intermodulation distortion is reduced to a large degree since the high frequency signals are not actually modulated by the low frequencies.
• Drivers frequency response correction and individual sensitivities matched up for incredible natural sound reproduction.
• Effectively, up to twice of the amplifiers total power is available in average musical programs.
• Improved transientsand linearity response since the drivers are connected directed to amplifier, with short wires, making better usage of the amplifier damping factor.
• Cost savings, since equivalent complex passive crossover (if possible), higher power amplifiers and expensive speaker cables are not needed.
